HOW TO BUY A PAINTING
Once you choose a painting, just click on the "Buy Now" button next to it and follow the instructions to purchase it with any major credit card or Paypal. If you have any questions or need some help, please email me. We can even speak on the phone (call 503-443-1237) or over Skype or FaceTime if you'd like to speak with me directly. Just pop over to my scheduling page to book a time to chat with me personally. Buying art should never be an intimidating experience. You should enjoy the process!
If you can send me a photo of the blank wall, along with colors and measurements of items in the space, I can digitally install paintings on your wall so that you can get an idea of what it will look like in your home — all without any obligation! I want you to have art in your home that makes you happy. No pressure or hard sales here. If you love it, buy it. If not, no problem. Your satisfaction comes first!
If you see a painting that has been sold or not the size you need please email me! We can discuss the possibility of my creating a custom painting in the perfect colors and size for your space.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Your credit card will be charged before your order is shipped.
RETURN POLICY
Returns or exchanges of original works of art are welcome for any reason. I want you to be 100% happy with your new art.
- Contact me for return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Art must arrive in the same exact condition as when it left.
- Please include all original packaging and package the artwork in the same manner it was received.
- Use same shipping company that delivered the artwork.
- Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.
SHIPPING
I accept online orders for shipment worldwide.
- Price of shipping in the US varies depending on the size of the painting.
- Medium paintings: $150-$250 USD
- Large paintings: $300-$450 USD
- Prints: $10-$14 (USA) | $25-$30 (International)
- Price of shipping original art internationally is more than the US domestic shipping, typically $100-$300 more for medium and large pieces.
- If the actual shipping cost is more than you are charged at checkout, I will contact you.
- Original works of art are shipped, fully insured, and professionally packaged via Craters & Freighters (see video).
- Please allow 7-14 business days from the date of your order to your delivery date.
- Once your order is shipped I will email you your tracking number.
- Please include your phone number with your order so that if necessary, myself or the shipping company can contact you.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund, including shipping cost if shipped with UPS, if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper's inspection.
- The refund will be issued by the shipper and not Paulette Insall, Abstract Art.
- Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.
