Have been feeling a bit under the weather the past couple of days, so no new paintings to show ya. This afternoon I played for a bit on Picmonkey and created the collage below with some of my past art.
If you've never heard of Picmonkey, you really should pop on over and play around. Its waaaaaaay cool! You can apply all sorts of effects and frames to your photos, plus create cool collages like mine.....though I didn't do the text on there...I did that on my computer in Photoshop Elements. You could always save out your college and then upload it back to Picmonkey and add some text. :)
Monday is field trip day for my kiddo's class and I'm supposed to be a chaperone...provided this silly fever goes away by then. So, I'll catch y'all on Tuesday with some new art progress pics and such. :) Have a fantabulous weekend! xoxo
Spending the day decluttering our spare bedroom in prep for family visiting late next week. Our Irish Setter is up here keeping us company. :)
Right after I snapped this pic, she got up, came over and laid down right in front of me and put her head in my lap. Kinda hard to get anything done now. Lol! Yeah, she's kinda spoiled. ;) How are you spending your Saturday?
When you get sick for a couple of months and don't use your studio....it becomes a "catch all"! Lol! As you can see from the before/after pics, I have managed to clean up a bit in there so I can actually work now that I'm feeling better. Ramping up for some BIG stuff!! More details really soon!!!
of wrapping teacher gifts tonight. Of course we managed to wait til the last minute to get anything and now I'm up past midnight 'cause I got a crazy notion to wrap them all cute and artsy-craftsy. What was I thinking??? Lol! Pics tomorrow ...G'nite y'all! xoxo
