I live outside the United States. Can you ship you ship to where I live?
Yes! I ship worldwide.
Do you offer installment plans?
Yes I do offer installment payment plans on all art $2000 and up. Please email me with the title of the painting you would like to purchase to get your payment plan set up so that you don't miss out on the painting that is speaking to you.
How much is shipping?
Price of shipping in the US varies depending on the size of the painting and includes insurance for the full value of the painting.
- Medium paintings: $150-$250 USD
- Large paintings: $300-$450 USD
Price of shipping original art internationally is more than the US domestic shipping, typically $100-$300 more for medium and large pieces.
NOTE: If the actual shipping cost is more than you are charged at checkout, I will refund the difference to you.
How soon will receive my painting?
Please allow 7-14 business days from the date of your order to your delivery date.
How do I purchase a painting?
Once you choose a painting, just click on the "Buy Now" button next to it and follow the instructions to purchase it with any major credit card, Paypal, or Apple Pay. If you have any questions or need some help, please email me. We can even speak on the phone (call 503-443-1237) or over Skype or FaceTime if you'd like to speak with me directly.
If you see a painting that has been sold or not the size you need please email me! We can discuss the possibility of my creating a custom painting in the perfect colors and size for your space. I don't recreate existing paintings, but I'm happy to work in the same color scheme.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
What company do you use to your ship art?
All of my original paintings are shipped, fully insured, and professionally packaged with Craters & Freighters. They are the experts when it comes to handling and shipping fine art.
Do you have a return policy?
I want you to be 100% happy with your new art. Returns or exchanges of original works of art are welcome for any reason, as long as you contact me within 14 days of delivery. You must use the same shipping company, Craters & Freighters, to return the art. The artwork must arrive in the same exact condition in which it was sent.
What if my painting was damaged during shipping?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund, including shipping cost, if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper's inspection. The refund will be issued by Craters & Freighters and not Paulette Insall, Abstract Art.
