i've been busy preparing for my last eCourse offering for this year, so that has left me little time to spend online lately. by the way, its not too late to sign up and the 2-payment installment plan is still available. :) the first time i offered this online class, many of the participants told me that it was life changing for them. that God used me to speak into their spirit and unlock/reveal things to them. so here i am again, stepping out in faith that He's gonna do that again for those who choose to take that leap, listen to that still, small voice within them, trust God, and step fully into what He has placed within them.

Figuring out what works

Summer is here again and with it comes changes. With the kiddo here all day, I need to figure out how I can fit in work time+still be available for him {my top priority}. So needless to say, I'm in a state of flux right now. I've realized that the next thing I need to focus on is painting....daily. A tall order, I know, but when I don't paint daily I have a really hard time focusing on things. It's not only a part of my "self-care", but it's also an important part of my spirit-care. You see, when I paint, I am spending time in God's presence...and when I start putting Him second, I don't function well. So, mornings will be spent in the studio {daily} worshipping, praying, & painting out my heart to my Papa, then the rest of my days can be spent with one of the other precious gifts He's given me...my family. :)

Many of you are asking about how I changed my eating habits to get in better health & lose weight...I will be posting a few things in the weeks to come so hold tight. Just have had too much going on life wise to be able to sit down and write down anything explaining the process....but it's coming.

collaboration with the Master Artist

as i continued painting the other night (stayed up 'til midnight 'cause i got so lost in the process), i found myself going in and out of asking things of God and then trying to quiet my mind so i could listen {which is most of the time easier said than done for this girl}.....the painting process helps with that. i think that's why it has become such a huge part of my faith journey....because through the paint, He speaks to me....in a way that He never could before...though images in the paint, through visions, through music i have playing....they are all intertwined. they all come together to spur that back and forth between He and I, as we collaborate inside the process.
