General Class Info:
All classes will be conducted via a private blog where all
materials for the class will be posted.....supply list, step by step
PDF lesson notes, and high quality videos (in
these new sessions, downloadable videos for offline viewing are now
included in the price of the classes) showing how I use each of
the techniques we'll be covering. The class videos file sizes are
quite large and you will
need a high speed internet connection in order to view them properly.
I have also set up a Flickr group for class members only that has a
private discussion area. Plus, there will be scheduled live Q & A
chats. Time and date of live chats will vary so that more students can
have the opportunity to participate.
Participation in the Flickr group and live chats are encouraged for
the full class experience, but are not required. There will be
transcripts of the live chats available for those unable to attend.
Once I have received your payment, you will receive a payment
confirmation by email that contains the link where you can download
the complete class supply list. A day or two before the class starts, I will
email all class members with the blog
username/password and an invitation to the Flickr group. You will then
be able to access the private class blog. A new lesson along with a video demo will be
posted weekly for you to view any time during the class. You may also
download the lessons for offline viewing. Once a
weekly lesson video is posted, it will stay available on the blog for
the duration of the class.
Each
video lesson will be anywhere from 10-25 minutes in length and will require anywhere
from 30 minutes to 2 hours for you to complete the weekly assignments.
It's totally up to you how much time you spend. :)
Please do not share the usernames/passwords, videos, or class materials with
anyone. They are for paid class members only and just for your
personal use. All class
materials/videos are property of Paulette Insall © 2008-2009 and are
not for distribution.
Payments:
I am accepting payment of class fees via PayPal (Most credit cards are
accepted with this method. You do not have to have a PayPal account to
pay via PayPal), Visa or Mastercard via secure SSL server, or personal
check. The personal check option is reserved for U.S. residents only.
Even though
these are online classes, I will limit the class sizes because I can
only handle so many students per class and still give everyone
personal attention. So be sure to sign up early to make sure you don't
miss out.
:)
Refunds:
Class fee is fully refundable until the day before a class starts.
Once the class starts, no refunds will be offered.
Skills needed:
I've made accessing all class info as easy and straightforward as
possible by using the blog format. So if you're familiar with blogs,
then you'll have no problem. Even if you're not, its really simple and
I provide instructions on how to participate/comment on the class blog
FAQ page. You'll just need to enter the username and password that I
will provide in order to access the private
class blog.
A high speed internet connection
is required for viewing & downloading class video lessons. They are high quality
Quicktime videos in 640x480 resolution and may take anywhere from
20 minutes to a couple of hours to load. Past students have said that
it was more than worth the wait. :)
